Attack Your Snacks!!!

Snacking doesn’t have to be blain or boring.  Actually, it’s good to snack between meals in order to avoid binging and to keep your metabolism working on your behalf .

This week I’m snacking on The Laughing Cow’s  sun-dried tomato and basil cheese wedges.   The Laughing Cow offers a variety of different cheeses to suit your taste.

This is a satisfying snack to eat between meals.  Try it with a few crackers or alone.  Chop it up and place it in your salad for protein.
