  1. Motivation comes in a variety of ways for me. My biggest motivation comes by improved stamina in my fitness and everyday activities that at times left me VERY tired. I am also motivated by the improvement of numbers when blood work is taken at the doctor’s office. This further proves the decision to take better care of myself is being honored by God and for that I am forever grateful! Find what motivates you-wearing smaller clothing, climbing stairs without loosing so much wind or your overall health. When you find the thing that keeps you going your commitment will not be a second thought. Go for it and you’ll will be surprised by what you and God will accomplish! The BEST to you Sister Queen!
