Enjoyed my first #quinoa #burger this yesterday from @FarmBurger in downtown #Decatur. Very impressed with the taste and and texture. I’m sticking to my guns with this 7 day #meatlesschallenge. It’s going much better than I thought. 🙂
I shared their beer battered onion rings which included the house dressing. A bit more sauce than I normally consume, but know this was all in moderation because I could have gone IN. LOL!
The veggie quinoa burger (#Atlanta exclusive) was a bit more than the regular burger, but well worth the extra cost. According to the online menu the quinoa burger is built using mixed greens, marinated beets, balsamic onions and garlic aioli. There are also #vegan, chicken, and pork options along with a gluten free bun for an additional charge. #Delish
Joyce had FarmBurger’s regular burger which contains 100% grassfed beef that is dry-aged and ground fresh. If you’re a beef eater grassfed beef is a better option.
The quinoa burger with the bun and theonion rings were waaay more bread than I eat normally. Believe me my body knows it. The next time I’ll enjoy this tasty treat without the bread. I’m sure it will be just a good. Yep!
